Summary
To amend the Alvin W. Penn Racial Profile Prohibition Act to authorize municipalities to require their police departments to provide a receipt to each operator of a motor vehicle involved in a traffic stop, regardless of whether a warning, citation or summons was issued or a custodial arrest was made.
