Summary

To (1) require determinations of whether certain deaths were suicides, (2) require recommendations concerning training to reduce the incidence of any such suicides, (3) update the amount of time allowed for bringing certain civil actions to be congruent with the release of report findings by the Office of the Inspector General, and (4) increase the transparency of and access to findings made by said office.
