Summary

To require that (1) for any proposed development that requires approval by municipal inland wetlands agencies in two or more municipalities that are members of the same regional council of government, each such agency shall consult with such council before approving or denying any application concerning such proposed development, and (2) each regional council of government hire building and housing code officials to inspect the conditions of historic buildings, and that such officials be empowered to utilize funds from the Community Development Block Grant Program to facilitate the maintenance or repair of historic buildings.
