Summary

To (1) require school readiness programs and child care providers to implement the early childhood educator compensation schedule proposed by the Commissioner of Early Childhood, (2) remove contingencies on the eligibility of students and participants in job training and apprenticeship programs for the child care subsidy program, (3) exempt the Stamford Police Activities League from child care licensing requirements, and (4) allow child care centers to administer epinephrine in emergency situations.
