Summary

To (1) make certain agreements for the purchase of electricity from nuclear power generating facilities unenforceable unless such agreements are subject to solicitation conducted in coordination with two or more other states, (2) impose costs of electricity purchased from nuclear power generating facilities pursuant to certain power purchase agreements on users of municipal electric utilities, and (3) repeal changes to the standard billing format for customers of electric distribution companies imposed by section 14 of public act 23-102.
