To (1) require consistency in notice to abutting land owners in matters before the Connecticut Siting Council and Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, (2) require the disclosure of profit and loss statements of any subsidiary of an entity subject to a rate case before the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, and (3) to create a task force to study the creation of municipal electric companies.
