Summary

To require health insurers to provide site-neutral reimbursements to health care providers for covered health insurance benefits for: (1) Current procedural terminology evaluation and management (CPT E/M) codes; (2) current procedural terminology assessment and management (CPT A/M) codes; (3) telehealth codes; and (4) drug infusion codes in amounts that do not vary based on ownership of the facility where a contracting health care provider provides such benefit.
