Summary
To allow the Department of Information Technology to establish general guidelines for the professional development of state information technology employees rather than training other agency employees, to allow the department to establish general guidelines concerning the fees for copying computer-stored public records rather than monitoring individual agency fees, to add the department to the list of departments within the executive branch and to add the department as a member to the E 9-1-1 Commission.
