Summary
To require the installation of certain safety equipment on ice cream trucks to increase the truck's visibility to other drivers, warn drivers that children may be present, help the ice cream truck driver see around the truck and increase the driver's line of site, and to require the sale of ice cream occur only when the vending window of such vehicle is away from the travel lane of the roadway.
