Summary

To (1) include in statute all four current state historical museums, (2) require the submission of environmental impact statements to the Department of Economic and Community Development for comment and reviews, and (3) redefine "relocate" for purposes of determining when a business receiving financial assistance from the Department of Economic and Community Development and Connecticut Innovations, Incorporated is required to repay such assistance to the state.
