AN ACT CONCERNING AN EXPANSION OF THE HISTORIC HOMES TAX CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-416 of the general statutes be amended to increase the amount of tax credits allowed from three million dollars to thirteen million dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the amount of tax credits available under the historic homes tax credit program.
