AN ACT CREATING A MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT ACCOUNT FOR PROPERTY AT HARKNESS MEMORIAL STATE PARK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a maintenance, repair and improvement account for maintaining, making improvements to, erecting structures on or repairing property at the Harkness Memorial State Park in Waterford, and that all moneys collected from rental of property at Harkness Memorial State Park be deposited in such account.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect funds raised by rentals of the mansion at Harkness Memorial State Park and to provide funding for repairs and maintenance of the mansion.
