AN ACT CONCERNING CORPORATE BUSINESS TAX RELIEF FOR BUSINESSES THAT RELOCATE TO THE STATE AND CREATE MORE THAN TWO HUNDRED JOBS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide ten years of relief from the corporation business tax to businesses that relocate to the state and create more than two hundred jobs.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide ten years of relief from the corporation business tax to businesses that relocate to the state and create more than two hundred jobs.
