AN ACT CONCERNING LICENSING REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF POOLS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to establish specific licensing requirements for therapeutic pools, hydrotherapy pools and other flotation vessels.

Statement of Purpose:

To create licensing requirements and a fee structure for certain types of pools that are not public swimming pools.
