AN ACT CONCERNING A DIRECT PRIMARY-ONLY LAW.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the party convention process for all state and federal offices and replace the process with a direct primary-only law.
Statement of Purpose:
To replace the party convention process with a direct primary-only law.
