AN ACT PERMITTING THE STATE TO SELL ADVERTISING SPACE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit state agencies to sell advertising space on each agency's Internet web site or on other state property.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the state to sell advertising space to produce more revenue and address the state's budget deficit.
