AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN CHANGES TO RETIREMENT BENEFITS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 10-183t of the general statutes be amended to make certain changes to the health insurance plans maintained by the Teachers' Retirement Board.

Statement of Purpose:

To improve the provision of health care services to retired teachers within the state.
