AN ACT CONCERNING THE FILM PRODUCTION TAX CREDIT FOR RESIDENT FILM MAKERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-217jj of the general statutes be amended to allow film makers who are residents of this state to qualify for the maximum film production tax credit of thirty per cent upon incurring expenses of two hundred fifty thousand dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow film makers who are residents of this state to qualify for the maximum film production tax credit of thirty per cent upon incurring expenses of two hundred fifty thousand dollars.
