AN ACT CONCERNING THE THRESHOLD FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION'S REVIEW OF COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the threshold for the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's review of community water systems from four thousand nine hundred ninety-nine gallons to seven thousand five hundred gallons.
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the threshold for what constitutes a community water system.
