AN ACT CONCERNING INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2010) On or before July 1, 2011, the State Board of Education shall develop a streamlined process for the administration of individualized education programs pursuant to sections 10-76a to 10-76h, inclusive, of the general statutes, including, but not limited to, the creation of an individualized education program form that clearly and adequately records all relevant information necessary for students in need of special education services.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||
