AN ACT CREATING A BOAT LEMON LAW.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to extend the same protections given to purchasers of automobiles under the state lemon law to purchasers of boats.

Statement of Purpose:

To give boat owners the same redress as car owners under the state lemon law.
