AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRONIC TOLLS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 13a of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Transportation to establish electronic tolls on Connecticut's highways.

Statement of Purpose:

To establish electronic tolls on Connecticut's highways.
