AN ACT CONCERNING ADMINISTRATION OF THE BAR EXAMINATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 876 of the general statutes be amended to provide that whenever the Judicial Branch administers the examination for admission to the bar of this state, it shall provide on-site technical assistance to any examinee who is using a computer to take the examination.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the administrator of the bar exam to provide on-site technical assistance to examinees using computers to take the exam.
