AN ACT AUTHORIZING NEWLY-LICENSED DRIVERS TO CARRY SIBLINGS AS PASSENGERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 14 of the general statutes be amended to allow siblings as passengers of newly-licensed drivers.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow newly-licensed drivers to carry siblings as passengers.
