AN ACT CONCERNING THE STREAMLINING OF PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT FOR INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to streamline the process for the development of new courses and programs offered at public institutions of higher education for the purpose of increasing student enrollment.
Statement of Purpose:
To streamline program development at public institutions of higher education to increase the number of prospective students and generate revenue from outside of the state while increasing employment and the tax base of the state.
