RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF SEAN K. MCELLIGOTT OF MILFORD TO BE APPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION.

Resolved by this House:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Sean K. McElligott of Milford to be appointed a member of the Freedom of Information Commission, to serve the remainder of the term of Francis J. Brady, who resigned, ending June 30, 2019, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
