AN ACT CONCERNING THE ELECTRONIC POSTING OF CERTAIN DOCUMENTS BY INSURERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to allow insurers to post certain insurance policies and endorsements on such insurers' Internet web sites.

Statement of Purpose:
