AN ACT REDUCING THE TIME FRAMES FOR URGENT CARE ADVERSE DETERMINATION REVIEW REQUESTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 700c of the general statutes be amended to reduce the time frame for all urgent care adverse determination review requests from seventy-two hours to forty-eight hours.

Statement of Purpose:

To improve access to care.
