AN ACT INCREASING QUALIFYING INCOME AND TAX REDUCTIONS UNDER THE CIRCUIT BREAKER TAX RELIEF PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN ELDERLY AND DISABLED HOMEOWNERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-170aa of the general statutes be amended to increase the amount of qualifying income and the amount of reduction in property tax under the tax relief program for certain elderly and disabled homeowners.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase income eligibility and tax reductions under the Circuit Breaker tax relief program.
