AN ACT PROHIBITING CRAMMING BY TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit a telecommunications provider from charging a customer for telecommunications services or other services that were not authorized by the customer.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit telecommunications providers from charging customers for unauthorized services.
