AN ACT EXEMPTING NEW BUSINESSES FROM STATE REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt Connecticut-based startup companies from state regulations for the first two years of operations.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage business development by easing regulatory burden on new companies.
