AN ACT CONCERNING VOTING BY INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 147 of the general statutes be amended to provide individuals with disabilities priority access to move to the front of polling station lines and require all polling places to display signage indicating this accommodation.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a greater ease in voting for individuals with disabilities.
