AN ACT CONCERNING REMEDIATION STANDARDS UNDER A CONSENT ORDER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit remediation standards from changing once a consent order has been entered by the respective parties.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent remediation standards from changing once a consent order is in place.
