AN ACT CONCERNING THE LIQUOR CONTROL ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective January 1, 2013) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall study the types of current alcoholic liquor permits and the need for such permits.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||
