AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN MEETINGS OF THE PHARMACEUTICAL AND THERAPEUTICS COMMITTEE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. Subsection (d) of section 17b-274d of the 2010 supplement to the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective July 1, 2010):

(d) The committee shall meet at least quarterly, and may meet at other times at the discretion of the chairperson and committee membership. The committee shall ensure that each meeting includes an opportunity for public comment. The committee shall comply with all regulations adopted by the department, including notice of any meeting of the committee, pursuant to the requirements of chapter 54.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
