AN ACT EXTENDING THE PROHIBITION ON MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES CONCERNING INVASIVE PLANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Subsection (e) of section 22a-381d of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective October 1, 2018):
(e) From July 1, 2009, until October 1, [2014] 2019, no municipality shall adopt any ordinance regarding the retail sale or purchase of any invasive plant.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||
