AN ACT CONCERNING THE NUMBER OF POLLING PLACES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to reduce the number of polling places open for primary election days where voter volume is much lower.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to reduce the number of polling places open for primary election days where voter volume is much lower.
