AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM ON NEW STATE REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 54 of the general statutes be amended to establish a two-year moratorium on any new state regulations unless related to public health or safety.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a two-year moratorium on new state regulations.
