AN ACT CONCERNING PREEXISTING CONDITIONS FOR HEALTH INSURANCE POLICIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of a preexisting condition as a reason to deny health insurance coverage.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the use of a preexisting condition as a reason to deny health insurance coverage.
