AN ACT AUTHORIZING ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES ON DECLARATIONS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 12-41 and 12-43 of the general statutes be amended to authorize electronic signatures on annual declarations of personal property.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow taxpayers to file annual declarations of personal property electronically.
