AN ACT RESTRUCTURING THE CONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4a-100 of the general statutes be amended to restructure the prequalification process to encourage small businesses to bid for state contracts.
Statement of Purpose:
To support the small businesses of the state and to increase the number of small businesses used for state contracts.
