AN ACT CONCERNING A TRIAL RUN OF COMPUTERIZED ELECTION SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require all municipalities to undergo a trial run of computerized voting and election systems connected to the Secretary of the State three months prior to election in even number years.
Statement of Purpose:
To require systems checks for computerized election software and hardware every two years.
