AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE STAFFING OF EVENING MANUFACTURING PROGRAMS AT TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOLS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the sum of six hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to the Department of Education, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013, for the purpose of providing staffing for evening manufacturing and manufacturing remediation programs offered at technical high schools.

Statement of Purpose:

To appropriate funds for the purpose of providing staffing for evening manufacturing and manufacturing remediation programs offered at technical high schools.
