AN ACT CONCERNING CREDIT POLICIES AND RETAIL ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR ESTABLISHMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the thirty-day maximum by which wholesalers of alcoholic liquor may extend credit to retailers, to eliminate the use of the Liquor Control Commission as a forum for litigating credit disputes between wholesalers and retailers and to eliminate the "credit blacklist".
Statement of Purpose:
To reform credit policies relating to retail alcoholic liquor establishments.
