AN ACT EXTENDING SUNDAY HOURS OF OPERATION FOR CERTAIN ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR PERMITTEES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subsection (d) of section 30-91 of the general statutes be amended to extend the hours a permittee may sell alcoholic liquor on Sunday from five o'clock p.m. to nine o'clock p.m.

Statement of Purpose:

To extend Sunday liquor sales hours for certain alcoholic liquor permit holders.
