Summary
As introduced, this bill authorizes the Ethics Board to bar respondents from lobbying for a period of up to 2 years upon the finding of a Code of Conduct violation. It also requires District employees as well as Councilmembers to disclose outside employment. Councilmembers shall make such a disclosure to the Ethics Board. An agency head or Councilmember shall forward the information required, on a quarterly basis, to the Ethics Board for review. Advisory Neighborhood Commissions must report all contributions and donations to the Ethics Board on an annual basis.
