As introduced, this bill requires the Mayor to list, as part of her annual budget request to the Council, all requirements imposed on recipients of economic development incentives for real property development. Among other things, the Mayor shall list the current number of affordable housing units on the property, the number of District residents employed as a result of the development of the property, the participation of certified business enterprises, and the estimated overall economic impact of the development.
