Summary
As introduced, this bill revises the definition of extortion to include sexual extortion. Sexual extortion occurs when a person obtains possession of sexually explicit images and demands that another person, the victim, provide additional images or in–person sex acts under threat of distributing the images.
Provisions of Bill 22-877 have been incorporated into this bill.
