Summary
As introduced Bill 25-672 would establish standards for licensees, applicants, and certificate of registration holders who receive, possess, use, transfer, own, acquire, or operate any source of radiation. It, among other things, establishes new licensing, registration, permitting and certification requirements, and accreditation standards for individuals in medical radiation technology, radiation therapy technology, licensed suppliers, and portable x-ray service providers.
