Summary

As introduced Bill 25-793 would require that the Historic Preservation Review Board consider proposed alterations to buildings and structures in a historic district that promote energy and water efficiency. It also allows the Board to propose reasonable alternatives that produce energy resiliency or water and energy efficiency benefits that are substantially similar to the proposed design element.
